Southwest Corn Chowder
This corn chowder is full of kernels of sweet corn and hearty masa dumplings. Hatch green chiles, and jalapeños give it a piquant kick. A base of chicken stock with cream and milk rounds it out with it a rich, luxurious, chowdery taste and feel.
